Mangalore, March 10, 2014: Land Trades Builders and Developers, the renowned real estate firm of the city has launched two more residential apartment projects. The foundation stone laying for ‘Vasundhara’ at Urva and ‘Aquarius’ at Mallikatta were held on March 10, Monday.
Vasundhara located near Marigudi Temple in Urva will have a total of 20 flats of two and three bed rooms measuring 1075 sq ft and 1410 sq ft respectively.
The religious rituals at the foundation laying ceremony were performed by Janardhan Bhat, priest of Nandikoor Temple near Padubidri. Dr B G Suvarna, city corporator Radhakrishna, Mohan Amin, Baba Alankar, Yeshwanth Rai, Subba Rao of Bank of Baroda, land owners Satyavathi and Bhanumathi were present on the occasion.
’Aquarius’: Located opposite Lions Seva Mandir, Mallikatta, ‘Aquarius’ will have 20 apartments of two and three bed rooms with an area of 1240 square feet and 1965 square feet respectively.
Srinath Hebbar, Managing Director of Land Trades, Pushparaj Jain, President of CREDAI, Mangalore, Shashidhar Hegde, Ashok Kumar and Naveen D’Souza, Corporators, Ganesh Shetty of Foodlands, Ganesh Bangera of GB Builders, Lancy D’Souza and land owners, Dr Faraias and S Dinesh Shet, were present on the occasion.
