Hats off to Bengaluru police: Cops provide food to needy in roadside

Bengaluru, March 26, 2020: Following the coronavirus lockdown in the state, citizens are advised to stay at homes to prevent the disease from spreading. In an act to help people who are in need of food, the city police is providing food to the people in the streets.

They took to twitter on Tuesday, March 24 to share the photos of the police providing food to people in street.

“Crackdown on criminals, or be compassionate? We can do both. While the city is on a lockdown owing to recent events, we are doing our bit,” the City police added in the tweet.
