Fake email in the name of Kasargod DC : Public asked to be cautious

Kasargod, Oct 22, 2020:    Kasargod Deputy Commissioner Dr D Sajith Babu has asked public to be  cautious and not fall prey to a  fake email that is being circulated in his name.

 

It has been learnt that the authorities have gathered information that a fake message was asking people to purchase four Amazon e-cards valued Rs 5,000 each and  send it to a particular email ID  in the name of the Deputy Commissioner.   It is also said an attempt was made to  portray that the DC was sending the email from his own i-pad. Investigations have revealed that this email with id  executivedirector29@gmail.com was fake  and public have been asked not to fall prey to it.
