Mangaluru, June 19, 2020: As part of International Yoga Day on June 20, a 12 hour live Yoga lecture series will be organised under the aegis of Yenepoya University, Derlakatte and Avishkara Yoga.
Informing this to reporters, Dr Ashwini Dutt, Vice Principal of Yenepoya Medical College, said 10 Yoga Experts will deliver lectures on various aspects pertaining to Yoga and Health from 8.45 am to 8.45 pm on June 20.
In view of the Covid-19 pandemic the programme will be held in Namma Kudla studio and will be streamed live on Namma Kudla channel, Yenepoya Youtube channel, Avishkara Yoga Youtube channel and Namma Kudla Youtube channel.
The programme will be inaugurated by District Health Officer Dr Ramachandra Bairi. Yenepoya University Pro-Vice Chancellor Dr Sripathi Rao will preside over the function while Yoga expert Dr K Krishna Bhat and Namma Kudla Director Leelaksha Karkera will be the chief guests.
