God decides to recreate the world to make it as beautiful as it was in the beginning, filled with goodness. He takes the assistance of the devil in selecting a planning committee as to how the new world should be. The devil fulfils his duty and later God recreates the new world as he wanted it to be. Does the new world remain good or become worse than it was before is the climax.
