16Year Old Gangraped by 4 Classmates in Gurgaon

Gurgaon, Aug 30:  A 16-year-old schoolgirl was allegedly abducted and gang-raped by four classmates, police said today.

Police said the girl was abducted by her four classmates when she was waiting for her school bus at a bus stop in Gurgaon on Friday and then allegedly gangraped near Manesar, around 20 km from Gurgaon city.

 

The girl and the accused were students of a school in Manesar.

The girl was reportedly blind-folded and taken to an isolated place in a van and then raped by the boys, three of whom are minors. The girl was later left near her house in the evening.

She narrated the incident to her family member who got an FIR lodged against the culprits who were identified by the girl.

Two of the four accused have been arrested and booked under sections of IPC and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. They were produced before the judicial magistrate who sent both of them to a juvenile home in Faridabad today.
