Mangalore, Jul 8, 2013: “My association with NSS during my student life and the good values I learnt in the process of NSS activities have helped me throughout my life, said B Ramanatha Rai, District in-charge Minister and State Minister for Ecology, Forest and Environment.
He was speaking after inaugurating the NSS activities and Vanamahotsava at the Roshni Nilaya School of Social Work in Mangalore on July 8, Monday. Rai further urged the student community to imbibe good virtues and engage in nation building activities.
MLA JR Lobo who was present as a chief guest, said educational institutions play a key role in shaping the personality of students.
