Pandith Resorts director molest caseMoodbidri, June 15, 2014: Police have arrested six persons in connection with the alleged attempt to assault and molest a woman who worked as a Director of the Pandith Resorts at Bannadka in Alangar, Moodbidri on June 13, Friday.

It is learnt the incident took place in the back drop of a land dispute between  Ruby Agarwal, the Director of the Resort and  Varija Shetty, Gopal Pandit and Aravind Padival.

Sources said on Friday  a few locals namely Shivaprasad Shetty, Prajwal Acharya Moodukonaje,  Ravi Swarajya Maidan, Deekshith Nagarakatte, Praveen Fitter Muragoli and Sujeeth Shetty allegedly entered the resort premises through the rear gate and assaulted the woman with lethal weapons.

All of them have now been remanded to judicial custody for 15 days.
