Manipal: Gang of four sexually assault medical student

Udupi, Jun 21, 2013: A medical student was allegedly kidnapped and sexually assaulted by a gang of four men at Manipal.

The incident is learnt to have taken place when the 22 year old girl from Kerala, a fourth year MBBS student, was waiting near the college library. Sources said an autorickshaw stopped near her and the men inside sought some directions and just as the girl was replying they dragged her into the vehicle and fled the scene.

The girl is admitted to a private hospital. Manipal police have registered a case and are conducting the investigations.

That young lady’s life is totally ruined by a gang of wild animals. These animals must be castrated before giving other legal punishments. The Indian judicial system may be opposed to castration, but without that panacea, the number of rapes would be rapidly increasing all across India, especially in the mega cities.
