Mangaluru, Feb 18, 2024: The Airports Council International (ACI) has awarded Mangaluru International Airport with Level Three Airport Customer Experience Accreditation, marking a significant achievement for the facility. Presented on February 2, 2024, this accreditation is valid for one year, building upon the Level Two accreditation received in December 2022.

This recognition underscores the airport’s commitment to continually enhancing customer satisfaction and service quality. Participation in the accreditation process involves a thorough assessment and training regimen covering stakeholder and employee engagement, as well as staff development. Notably, this program stands as the sole accreditation initiative in the global airport industry offering a comprehensive 360-degree perspective on customer experience management, as per a statement released by the airport.
