GAIL Gas Limited commenced PNG supply to Police Quarters Panambur

Mangaluru, Feb 10, 2024: GAIL Gas Limited (GGL), the wholly owned subsidiary of  GAIL (India) Ltd., a reputed Maharatna PSU, commenced Piped Natural Gas (PNG) supply to Police Quarters Panambur Saturday (10th Feb 2024) at 11:30 under National PNG drive, a nationwide campaign to promote Piped Natural Gas (PNG), launched by Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) on 26th January 2024. The PNG campaign will continue till 31st March 2024 in Mangaluru and other parts of Dakshina Kannada District.

 

 

The PNG commencement ceremony was attended by Sh. Saleem Abbas Valal, Police Inspector Panambur Police Station, Sh. Sai Sankar B General Manager & Head GAIL Gas, Sh Sumesh P. S. Sr. Manager Projects GAIL Gas and Sh. Dharmendra Kumar Manager Marketing GAIL Gas and others.

Further, a PNG campaign was also organized by GGL employees inside  Police Quarters Panambur campus for promoting PNG awareness and to sensitize the residents of Mangaluru.

The PNG campaign raised awareness about the benefits of Piped Natural Gas (PNG) over conventional fuels  like Economical, Convenient, Safe, Environment friendly and 24x7 uninterrupted Supply etc. to extend its reach to every household of Mangaluru.

The campaign aims to encourage city residents to adopt PNG as the preferred fuel for their kitchens, contributing to a cleaner and healthier environment in Namma Mangaluru.
