Unaware Of Owner’s Death, Loyal Dog Sits Outside Hospital For A Week Waiting For Him To Return

We’ve all heard of the real-life story of Hachiko who waited for his owner, unaware that his owner had died. There are many dogs like Hachiko who’d do anything to see their owner again.

 

 

 

Just like this dog who sat outside the hospital doors for a week, waiting for his dead owner to return.

The Daily Mail quoted a local resident looking after the distraught dog saying, "he seems to believe his owner is going to come out someday to take him home."

He was taken by family members to say goodbye at the request of his owner.

The report states that the dog named Toto has left behind at the hospital premises in Argentina after his owner died. He refused to budge from the doorway, clearing yearning for his owner to come and take him home.

Fatima Rodriguez, a member of a local animal protection organization, said that anyone who adopts him should keep him locked in because he will always find a way to come back to the hospital to look for his dead owner.

The bond between a dog and his owner is truly unmatchable.
