Strongman amazes with astonishing ’no-arm’ press ups - until his secret is revealed

Apr 25, 2017: A video of a strongman flexing his muscles in an impressive press-up exercise has fooled the internet.

The muscle man is shown doing push ups in the footage, initially with two arms pushing his body up and down.

 

Showing off his strength, the man then switches to just one arm pushing his entire body weight up and down.

His right arms remains behind his back.

The one-arm push-up looks to be an amazing feat of strength.

Then the no-arm push up looks like he has super powers.

But eagle-eyed viewers may have noticed a camera trick.

The man’s legs are partially out of shot, raising suspicion something may be amiss with this muscle man’s feat.

The big reveal comes as the camera zooms out.

It reveals the man is laying on a plank.

On the other end of the plank is a pal, weigh down the plank like a see saw.

The manoeuvre gives the look of the man doing push ups but his body is really doing little work.
