For almost a decade there were no sightings of Osama Bin Laden.

He remained hidden from the Western world until he was tracked down by Navy SEALs last month.

But now it seems the terror leader has popped up in Britain - from a toaster in the West Midlands.

After toasting a slice of bread for his morning breakfast a West Midlands man was shocked to see the face of Osama Bin Laden pop up in his toaster.

A man was about to butter the slice of toast when he spotted the likeness of the Al Qaeda leader appearing from beyond the grave.

Bin Laden’s beard and moustache can be made out, and the piercing stare is also there.

According to the Daily Star, the man said: ’He was always a sandwich short of a picnic.’

It is not the first time famous faces have appeared in strange places.

In the past two years there have been sightings of Jesus Christ on an iron, a bruise, a crisp, on a car window and even on a naan bread in a curry house.

But this is the first time the terror mastermind has appeared.

Navy SEALs launched a daring helicopter raid on the compound on May 2 without telling Pakistan authorities.

Bin Laden was shot in the head and chest and killed. Within 24 hours his body had been buried at sea to avoid his grave becoming a shrine for terrorists.
