Uttar Pradesh, May 11, 2020:   ATM users were shocked when they went to withdraw money only to be greeted by a massive snake.

These pictures show the moment bank users in Uttar Pradesh, India, discovered the two-metre snake inside a cash machine.

It can be seen slithering on the floor before climbing up the body of the ICICI bank ATM when it then climbs inside and disappears.
A bank security guard saw the snake enter and contained it inside before raising the alarm with a snake expert.The expert then arrived and removed the snake, putting it in a bag and taking it to be released into the wild.The guard said: “I saw the snake and was taken aback, I immediately closed the door of the ATM counter to contain the snake inside.

“I then raised an alarm to the concerned authorities, the people who were nearby also gathered to watch the snake sneak up inside the ATM machine.”

The snake is believed to be a non-venomous rat snake.
