Feb 19, 2019 - Kim Kardashian West wore an incredibly revealing dress on the red carpet at the Annual Hollywood Beauty Awards.

The mother-of-three wore a vintage black Thierry Mugler cut-out dress which held her breasts in place with just pieces of material covering her nipples.

 

The 38 year old’s dress also featured a thigh-high split, but it was the fact that Kim’s breasts were almost entirely on show that turned heads.

Kim posted pictures of the dress to her Twitter account and the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star’s fans took to the comments section to comment on the highly-unusual dress.

Many of Kim’s fans were not fans of the barely-there number, with people writing: "Usually think you can do no wrong but this dress was a mistake!" and: “This is a nip slip waiting to happen.”

Others, however, complimented Kim, writing: “Wow this is a LOOK!" and: “Killed it, yet again.”

 

 

And Kim herself was clearly feeling her style, as she wrote on Twitter: "You know that mood when you’re really feeling your look."

Despite shutting down claims of surgery before, the star – who is expecting her fourth child with husband Kanye West via a surrogate – has addressed rumours she’s had a nose job again.

During a makeup masterclass in Los Angeles with Mario Dedivanovic, she denied having a rhinoplasty.

"’I never had my nose done. Everyone thought I did, and I said, ’Wait until I have kids because your real features come out’", Kim confirmed.
