Uppinangady, Nov 5: A case has been registered against 64 students of the local government first grade college as per complaints lodged by Mansur, a I BCom student who was stabbed by a mob of 32 students and by Dhananjay, a BSW student. 

Two groups of students, belonging to different communities, had a difference of opinion, which led to an armed clash on the grounds of the college. In the violent fight that ensued, one of the students was stabbed on Nov 3, Tuesday. 

The police have already arrested Samsher, Harish, and Abdul Rahiman. Nagesh, the sub-inspector of police, informed that the other students are absconding. 

The college has declared study holidays till Nov 15
