Tulu Grama will be back for 3 days

Belthangady, Jan 2: The Tulu Grama, which was the centre of attraction at the Vishwa Tulu Sammelana, will be back on Jan 8, 2010. Visitors can enjoy the traditional glamour of this innovative model Tulu Village from Jan 8 - 10.

A large number of artists will bring this model Tulu Village to life. The devotees will be worshipping in the temple; the children will be attending school; and all the other artists who have made the Tulu Grama such a grand success will be present as its life and soul till 8 p.m. Besides, traditional dishes of Tulunad will be sold and a variety of handicrafts will be exhibited.

The Tulu Grama is currently being reconstructed. The Vishwa Tulu Sammelana was a roaring success; and a number of organizations and individuals have requested the organizers of the Sammelana to establish a permanent Tulu Grama for the benefit of the visitors.
