TOI photojournalist emerges MCJ topper

Mangalore, Mar 5: Ravi Posavanike, the senior photojournalist of Times of India (TOI) secured the 6th rank in the MA (Mass Communications and Journalism) examinations conducted by the Karnataka State Open University (KSOU), Mysore. The convocation was held in Mysore on March 4, Thursday.

 

Ravi is a highly talented photographer, widely acclaimed for his photographic skills. He is not only a senior photojournalist, but also a resource person at various photography workshops. He has also contributed a number of interesting human interest articles for TOI.

Ravi is a native of Beernakaje in Kolthige village of Puttur. He studied at Perlampady Higher Primary School and Shanmukha Deva High School, Perlampady. Later, he enrolled as a student of St Aloysius College, Mangalore.
