Srinivas Institutions Founder’s Day Feb 14, tomorrow

Mangaluru, Feb 13, 2019: The Founder’s Day of Srinivas Institutions will be held on February 14, Srinivas University vice chancellor Dr P S Aithal said.  The convocation day will be held on February 15, he added.

Addressing media in Mangaluru on feb 12,  Tuesday, he said, that the Founder’s Day programme is held in commemoration of the birth anniversary of late A Shama Rao, the founder of the Srinivas Group of Institutions. The occasion also marks the completion of 30 years of the Srinivas Group.

Schedule  :  “The formal programme will be held at Srinivas Private University campus at Mukka, Mangaluru, at 9.30 am. Karnataka Medical Education Director Dr P G Girish and NITK Director Prof Karnam Uma Maheshwara Rao will be the chief guests. Srinivas University Chancellor CA A Raghavendra Rao will preside over the function,” said the principal.

“Udupi Pejawar Mutt seer Vishwesha Theertha Swami will grace the convocation on February 15 at 9.30 pm,” he added.

Srinivas University Registrar Dr Anil Kumar, Registrar (Development) Dr Ajay, Srinivas Institute of Dental Sciences Dean Dr Manoj Verma and Public Relations Officer Bhaskar Urs were present.
