Roshni Nilaya distributes CRTC certificates

Mangalore, March 25: The department of criminology of the School of Social Work in collaboration with Dakshina Kannada Police celebrated its golden year jubilee by distributing CRTC (Civil Rifle Training Course) certificates for 2009 – 10 on March 25, Thursday at the auditorium of Roshni Nilaya. 

Superintendent of Police A Subramanyeshwar Rao was the chief guest. Dr. Jacintha D’Souza, the principal of School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, presided over the programme. Retired Sub Inspector Gururaj and Head Constable Mogera Chandu were felicitated. Devappa Nayak of the Retired Arms Division was the guest of honour. He shared his experiences and thoughts with the audience. 

Ms. Annapoorneshwari made the welcome speech. Ms Athena Deena D’Souza proposed the vote of thanks.
