Oct 20, 2016: It is clarified that voters of Baindur, Kundapur, Udupi, Kaup and Karkala constituencies are advised to confirm their names on the voters’ list, which has been displayed on the website of State Election Commission, ceo.karnataka.nic.in. The same has also been put up on the booth levels.  If their name is missing, voters will have to submit Form 6 to the booth level officer. Form 8 has to be submitted in case of corrections and Form 7 for deletion of names.

The applications can be submitted online on www.voterreg.kar.nic.in and the printout should be sent to district election officer at Rajatadri, Manipal.   Multiple registration of names is a punishable offence, the press release stated.
