Railyway launches superfst trains to clear vacation rush

Mangalore, May 3, 2014: With a view to clear extra rush of passengers during summer season, the railways has introduced premium trains via Konkan Railway.

The Thiruvananthapuram-Nizamuddin (train no. 06314) leaving Thiruvananthapuram Central at 6.40 am on May 10 and May 17 (Saturdays), will stop at Ernakulam Town at 10 am, Shoranur Junction at 12 noon and at Mangalore Junction at 4.50 pm. The train will arrive at Nizamuddin at 7.10 am on May 12 and May 19 (Mondays), respectively.

The Nizamuddin-Thiruvananthapuram (train no. 06313) leaving Nizamuddin at 11.50 pm on May 12 and May 19 (Mondays) will arrive at Mangalore Central at 1.35 pm on May 14 and May 21 (Wednesdays) and will further stop at Shoranur Junction at 6.52 pm, Ernakulam Town at 8.50 pm and will arrive at Thiruvananthapuram Central at 12.20 am on May 15 and May 22 (Thursdays), respectively.

These trains will also have stops at Madgaon, Roha, Panvel, Vasai Road, Vadodara Junction, Nagda, Kota, Mathura Junction and Palwal.
