Orchid Art Gallery hosts Vasanth Rao’s solo exhibition “Nurturing Life”

Mangalore Feb 24: “Nurturing Life,” an exhibition of paintings by Vasanth Rao, will be organized at Orchid Art Gallery, Balmatta.  

The preview will be conducted on Feb 27, Saturday, at 5:30 p.m. President of Ladies Club, Ms. Loretta Rebello, will inaugurate the event. The exhibition will be open to the public till March 6.

 

Vasanth Rao, an artist based in Udupi, has organized around 20 art shows and 10 art camps. He works for the promotion of art in Udupi by organizing meetings and art exhibition. Some of the art shows organized by him are Yaksha Varna, Varnotsava, and Varnashree. Vasanth Rao also writes art-related articles for newspapers.

His works of art have been displayed at 8 exhibitions. “Nurturing Life” is the artist’s 9th solo exhibition, based on a single theme.
