Mangalorean cricketer died of massive heart attack on playground

Mangalore, Mar 28: Active life member of Tulu Koota and cricket player Mr. Santhosh Adappa of Mangalore, aged 42, died of a massive heart attack while playing cricket on a ground situated at West Bay in Doha Qatar on the afternoon of March 26, Friday. 

Santhosh has been survived by his wife Chethana, his 3-year-old son, and his mother who were all visiting Qatar. The family left for Mangalore Friday night. The body of Mr. Adappa is expected to reach Mangalore after a couple of days after the completion of all required formalities. 

Mr. Ravi Shetty, the president of Tulu Koota; Mr. Saquid Raza Khan, the president of KMCA; Mr. Alwyn D’Souza, the president of MCC; Mr. Arun Kumar, the president of Karnataka Sangha; Mr. Divakar Poojary, the general secretary of ICBF; and Mr Syed Abdul Hye, the president of ICC One Toastmaster expressed their condolences to the bereaved family.
