Major traffic flow changes in Udupi

Udupi, Feb 23: The district administration decided to respond favorably to several demands from members of the public as well as merchants on Car Street by making changes to the traffic flow along several roads on Monday. The changes will be implemented immediately; and Deputy Commissioner P Hemalatha has issued a notification related to these changes. 

All the one-ways between Mitra Junction and Ideal Junction, Novelty Junction to Mangalore Jewellers Road, Anugraha Hotel to Airody Jewellers Road, Corporation Bank to Gurukripa Studio road, and Abharana Junction to Badagupete road, have become two-ways. 

The side road running along Sanskrit College, ACC Complex, and North School remains a one-way.

The road leading to Badagupete to Kalsank will be a one-way. The road from Woodland Cross to Ideal Junction and also the road from Woodland Hotel to Woodland Cross up to the Tenkepete Road will be a one-way.
