MPL Day 3 - Coastal Digest, Surathkal Shark clinched victory

Mangalore, Feb 16: The Coastal Digest and Suratkal Sharks emerged as winners on the third day of the Property-MPL tournament organized by Mangalore Sports Club and Mangala Sports Private Limited, held on Feruary 16.

 

 

 

 

 

Two matches were held on Tuesday in which Coastal Digest defeated the Manipal.  J Arun Kumar, captain, Coastal Digest, was honoured with the ‘Man of the Match’ and his best for the innings was 94 runs. The second match held at night between Suratkal Sharks and Bedra Bulls. Batting first, Suratkal Sharks set a target of 123 runs for Bedra Bulls. But Bedra Bulls scored only 116 runs for the loss of 8 wickets. 

With this, Surathkal Sharks have notched a victory in the two matches they played while Coastal Digest has won all its matches.
