Kazi’s death: Muslim Central Committee to hold protest on February 22




Mangalore Feb 20: Forcing CBI enquiry into the Death of A M Abdulla Musliyar, Kazi of Mangalore, The Muslim Central Committee of Dakshina Kannada district and Udupi and Central Jumma Masjid Bunder will stage a protest jointly on Monday, February 22 at 10.30 am at the District Commissioner office.


In a press conference held here on Mangalore, Haji Ibrahim Kodijal, vice president of DK Muslim Committee said that, Kerala state police have failed to find out the cause for A M Abdulla Musliyar’s death. He revealed that the late Kazi had been facing threat call from outsiders, since long time and again he received same call, while he was undergoing a treatment in a hospital.
    

Suspecting over his death, the Muslim central committee will conduct a protest. Al Haj K S Mohammed Masood, Haji Abdulla Kunhi, president central Jumma Masjid, Al Haj Y Mohammed Kunhi will deliver speech on the meeting. After the meeting, a request letter to concerned government for a CBI inquiry will be handed over to DC by the committee, he said.


Haji Ibrahim Kodijal, vice president DK Muslim Central committee, Haji S M Rasheed, Convener, Central Jumma Masjid, Mohammed Hanif, General Secretary, B Aboobaker, CM Mustafa were present in the press meet.
