Karnataka Bank opens 700th ATM at Kadri

Mangalore, April 1, 2014 : The Prof. BM Hegde, former vice chancellor of Manipal University  inaugurated the 700th Money Plant ATM of Karnataka Bank Ltd at  Premier Square Building, Nanthoor Junction, Kadri on March 31, Monday.

Prof. BM Hegde who spoke at a function held in connection with the inaugural, appreciated the  good customer service provided by Karnataka Bank which is one of the premier private sector banks of the nation.

P Jayaram Bhat, Chairman and Managing Director of Karnataka Bank, in his address said the Bank has plans to reach a business target of Rs 80,000 crores in the next financial year. He informed that its annual turnover has now reached Rs 70,000 crores. During the current financial year, the Bank has so far opened 200 ATM centres, Bhat said.

Ananthakrishna, ex-officio Chairman of the Bank also spoke on the occasion. Belman Vittal Tantri, Proprieor of the Building and other bank officials and staff were present.
