Karnataka Bank launches 4 new products and 10 ATMs nationwide

Mangalore, Feb 22: Karnataka Bank has added 4 more products to its portfolio of technology-driven products. The bank has also launched 10 ATMs all over India.

The newly launched products are Student Prepaid Card, mobile banking (mobile payment solutions), online payment through debit card, and Moneyplant International Gold Debit Card.

4 new products
The Student Prepaid Card, a reloadable card meant exclusively for students, can be purchased in amounts ranging from Rs 1000 - Rs 45,000. The card can be used all over the world wherever Visa cards are accepted. It remains valid for 3 years.

The bank has also entered into a partnership with M/s Paymate India Pvt Ltd. to extend its additional mobile banking facilities to enable customers to process payments via their mobile phones for purchases made, payment of utility bills, and so on. Customers who register for the mobile payment solution can make secure payments directly from their registered mobile phones using their ATM pin codes. The facility is available for 24 hours, free of charge.

Online payment through debit card enables payments for online transactions and includes features such as additional authentication of “verified by VISA,” a service that guarantees secure online payment processes. This service is also available round the clock, free of charge.

Money Plant International Gold Debit Card, an innovative product that enables daily withdrawals of Rs 25,000 and daily purchases worth Rs 1,00,000, also comes with special offers and discounts. The card can also be used for online transactions.

10 ATMs all over India
Karnataka Bank is launching 10 more ATMs all over India as part of its Founder’s Day celebrations. The bank has crossed its target of 200 ATMs during the current fiscal because it now has a total of 214 ATMs all over India.
