Human Rights Association organizes state-level human rights seminar

Mangalore, March 27: The Department of Languages and Human Rights Association of St Aloysius Evening College organized a state-level seminar “Human Rights: Contemplation on Emerging Contexts” in the IT Auditorium of the college on March 27, Saturday. 

Four seminars titled “Right to Land and Life,” “Rights to Childhood,” Consumer Rights are also Human Rights,” and “Right to Clean Air” were presented. 

Rev Fr Vincent Pinto SJ, the principal of the evening college, made the welcome speech; and Prof Charles V Furtado, the president of the Human Rights Association proposed the vote of thanks. The students of the evening college were present.
