Hindu Janajagruthi Samiti urged Goa police to withdraw case against Dr Jayanth Balaji

Mangalore, April 6: Hindu Janajagruthi Samiti of Mangalore Unite has demanded the Goa state government to withdraw a chapter case filed against Dr Jayant Athavale, founder of ‘Sanatana Samste’ by the Goa policemen, in a huge rally cum protest in front of the DC office on April 6.

Over 150 activists of Hindu Janajagruthi Samiti took part in the huge rally, held from Jyothi circle to the premises of district collector’s office, before the commencement of protest.


The Hindu religion has been bearing the brunt from different dimensions, since long time said Sri Yogananda Saraswati, Seer of Nityananda Yogashrama, Kondevur, after the rally. The same attack on Hindu religion continued now also, he added.


Focusing main issue of the protest, he said, the Congress government in Goa is in a move to ban Sanathana organization on the pretext of Madgaon blast, which occurred in the last year. Soon after the explosion, Goa police have lodged a complaint against the Seer, alleging that his direct involvement in disturbing the Social peace.


He further added that, the Goa police have humiliated a person parallel to a sage, who has written over 150 epic, which also guidance to humankind. His endless effort also invented thousands of achievers and skilled people, who will protect the religion and its people in the society. 


Sanathana Ashrama in Goa is under the attack, since 90 days. Goa police neglected to receive the complaint lodged by Sanathana followers. It is a instance, how police humiliating Hindu religion ruthlessly in India.


He also urged police to take out a false case filed against him and asked government to take a stringent action against police, who refused to receive a petition from the followers of Sanathana organization.

 
On the occasion, Poovappa delivered an introductory speech. Aravind Kamath, activist of Hindu Janajagruthi Samiti, G K Bhat were present.
