MP Nalin Kumar Kateel inaugurated the formal function and said that the youth clubs should be awarded for their noble deeds. Neither should the clubs be discriminated against nor should political influence be used while selecting clubs for awards. He regretted that most of the clubs today only celebrate their annual days or work for publicity purposes. They are hardly interested in the welfare of society. He urged youth clubs to do a lot of social work and work for the development of the country. Every club must contribute toward the development of the country, he said. The youth must be guided by influential sources to work for the development of the country, he urged.
