Anganawadi Workers to organize ‘Delhi Chalo’ programme on May 4

Bantwal, April 14: Demanding the accomplishment of various needs of more than 1.22 lakh Angannawadi workers, a programme called ‘Delhi Chalo’ will be organized on May 4 said S Varalakshmi, state Anganawadi Workers Association general secretary, in a press meet held at B C Road recently.

In the press meet, Varalkshnmi raised voice against the central and state government and condemned the both government for their laziness towards Anganavady workers.  She also mentioned the substandard food items supplied to these workers.

Anganawadi association district president Ravi Kala, district advisor B M Bhat and district secretary Sukanya among others were present on the occasion.
