Mangalore, May 5, 2012 : A J Institute of Medical and Dental Sciences will hold its decennial celebration at the A J Medical Auditorium on May 6, Sunday, informed Dr B Sureshchandra, Director and Dean A J Institute of Dental Sciences at a press meet held at Hotel Moti Mahal, here on May 4, Saturday.

He said that the institution is providing high tech global health education and has multi-specialty diagnostic and treatment center.  The latest addition to this world class health care center is the state of art oncology unit with linear accelerator and Brachytherapy which will be operational soon.

Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda will be the chief guest and Minister for Corporate Affairs, Government of India Dr Veerappa Moily, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, Vice Chancellor Rajiv Gandhi University of Health sciences Bangalore, Dr K S Sriprakash and the former Union Minister B Janardhan Poojary will be the Guest of Honour.

President Laxmi Memorial Education Trust A J Shetty will preside over the function.
