30-year-old man arrested for eve teasing

Mangalore, Nov 17: A 30-year-old man was arrested on grounds of eve teasing near a private college in Mangalore. The man was caught red-handed by the students of the college, beaten up, and handed over to the police on Nov 16, Monday. 

The man who was allegedly eve-teasing hails from Talapady. The girl students of the college had been complaining about him for a long time. He would stand at a spot in front of the college and attempt to strike up a conversation with the girl students. Recently, he angered a girl by asking for her mobile number. 

Kadri police are yet to register a case against him.
