2 injured when KSRTC bus hits tanker

Mangalore, June 21: A KSRTC bus bound to Mangalore from Mysore hit the back of a large oil tanker headed toward MRPL at Thumbay on June 20, Sunday at 3:30 a.m. Two people sustained severe injuries.  



According to police sources, the driver, who had been driving all night, never even saw the oil tanker. Police say that the accident will have to be further investigated to understand the cause of the accident.  



The injured are currently being treated at Tejaswini Hospital.
