Mahabaleshwara Builders opens new sales office at Shaktinagar

Mangalore, Jan 25,2013: Mahabaleshwara Promoters and Builders opened its new sales office at Shaktinagar, near the Rama Shakti Mission on January 24, Thursday.

 

 

Speaking on the occasion, Abdul Razak, President of CREDAI said that the builders of Mangalore, especially the members of CREDAI are contributing highest percentage of revenue to the city corporation. However, the MCC is not taking up city development works. MUDA has failed to develop housing projects in Mangalore.

Sanjith Naik, Executive Director of the firm, said  Mahabaleshwara Builders has ventured into various  projects  with the objective of developing unutilized land and to provide affordable housing to people. He also spoke on the works taken up in Shaktinagar area and said Mahabaleshwara Builders has  already completed construction of around 300 affordable residential units and added they plan to construct 2000 more in the next four to five year period. Even development of related infrastructure including shopping centres, schools and hospitals are on the anvil, he said.

Mr. K. C. Naik, the chairman of Mahabaleshwara Group, in his address said that he is committed to develop Shakthi Nagar into a Model Town. In five to six years time, Shakthi Nagar will be a self-sustained town with every need of the people for comfortable living. It is matter of pride that we have taken the lead to develop this area once a neglected location. We will do everything to make it a model town.

Fr Valerian Pinto, Parish Priest of Kulshekhar Church blessed the new sales office. In his address he lauded the good work and efforts taken by Mr. K.C. Naik and  his company. Fr Jayaprakash D’Souza, Principal of Sandesha College, Capt. Ganesh Karnik, MLC, PMA Razak, President of CREDAI, Mangalore and AM Devaiah, Secretary, Ramashakthi mission were the chief guests.

Eminent citizens, Prominent Promoters and Builders, Praveen Patrao, Vice President of Kulshekhar Church, Ramesh, MUDA Chairman, Amitha Kala, Deputy Mayor  and Shakeela Kava, Corporator, were also present.
