Minister, Krishna Palemar lays the foundation for 3 residential projects of Mahabaleshwara Builders

Mangalore, Oct. 3, 2011: District in-charge Minister Sri. J Krishna Palemar lays the foundation for 3 residential projects of Mahabaleshwara Promoters & Builders at Shaktinagar on Monday the 3rd October.

After the success of the affordable luxury project “Classique Sapphire” at Shaktinagar – Mangalore. Mahabaleshwara Builders has laid the foundation stone for three more residential projects, namely, Classique Pride, Classique Ruby and Classique Pearl.  Whereas, Classique Ruby & Classique Pearl are at Shaktinagar, Classique pride is located nearby at Bikarnakatte on the four-lane highway.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Like the under construction apartment project “Classique Sapphire”,  “Classique Ruby” is also in the affordable luxury segment; However, Classique Pearl” will be in the Luxury segment.  Having 123 apartments on a land area of   1 acre and 8 cents, “Classique Pearl” will be 15 floors tall; and “Classique Ruby” will be 12 floors tall with 132 apartments on a land area of 1 acre 25 cents.  Both projects will enjoy a host of amenities such as a swimming pool, club house, sports facilities & Mahabaleshwara’s signature landscaping.

The third project, “Classique Pride” at Bikarnakatte will be a combination of commercial and super luxury residential apartments in a ground plus three-floor building. The foundation stone for the above projects was laid at their respective sites on Monday the 3rd October by District in Charge Minister- Sri J Krishna Palemar.
