Youth with live bullet taken into custody at Mangaluru airport

Mangaluru, Dec 26, 2016: It is reported that security personnel at MIA, Mangaluru airport detained a young passenger after they found a live bullet in his pockets.

Mangaluru airp. The incident occurred on Dec 23, Friday when the youth identified as Arjun, a native of Gujarat had come to the airport to take a flight to Mumbai and later to Rajkot. The live bullet was found in his pocket during the frisking proceedure . He was taken into custody by the Bajpe police later.

Arjun is pursuing his studies at Mysuru and his parents are currently living in the city, it is learnt.
