Youth falls to death during Mosaru Kudike celebrations in Bantwal

Bantwal Aug 29, 2016: A youth died after falling from a considerable height while playing Mosaru Kudike as a part of the Janmashtami celebrations  on August 28, Sunday. He was seriously injured and died on August 29 Monday at a Hospital.


youth 29 aug 16The youth  identified as Shishir(22), elder son of Prabhakar. A resident of Daikinakatte in Bantwal.  Shishir after his B.Com ,was employed in Bengaluru  from past few months. He had  been to his home town for Mosaru kudike celebrations.

Shishir participating in the Mosaru Kudike celebration along with his friends  from Shri Ramanagar Shri Ramanjaneya team. He climbed atop of the Human Pyramid, broke the pots when he was about to break the last one his hands slipped off. He fell from the heights to the ground. He sustained serious head injuries and was rushed to the Hopistal. He succumbed to injuries and breathed his last on Monday.

A case has been registered in Bantwal police station
