Youth drown in Shibaroor river, murder suspected

Mangaluru, Oct 04, 2017 : In a tragic incident youth who drowned in a river near Shibaroor temple , his body was recovered on October 04, Wednesday.

The deceased is Maqsood (22) resident of Krishnapur in Suratkal. He was employed in MRPL as a driver.

It is learnt that Maqsood along with a group of friends had been to a river near Shibaroor temple. Masqood went missing, but was found nowhere His body was later recovered from the river. Case has been registered in Suratkal police station.

It is suspected involvement of friends in the case, are being interrogated. Investigations are underway.

This is not the right time to get into the river as the rains were continuous and not aware of the dept get into waters and risk life

How sad ? The youth many times during their get together just forget where they are and such incidents happen.
