Mangaluru, Oct 24, 2017: In a tragic incident  youth commits suicide by  jumping into  river in Mulihitlu ,here on October 24, Tuesday.

Mohammed Ansar (25), a resident of Malar Pavoor is identified as the deceased. He worked as a driver.


Reports said that Ansar had left home in the early hours this morning. Had asked his cousin to drop him to Mulihitlu,as he had some work. Also requested him to keep the matter confidential, about dropping him there. He did not return back home, his body was recovered from river later.

The motive behind the extreme step is not known. Case has been registered for further investigations
