Youth attacked at Edapadavu

Mangaluru, July 11 ,2017 : Two assailants who came by a bike have attacked a youth near Edapadavu Junction in Bajpe Police Station limits on July 10, Monday night.

The injured youth Aboobakker Siddiqui (32), son of Ahmed Bava of Kuppepadavu has been hospitalised.

Siddiqui, a labourer was on way home after his work at around 7.30 when the attack took place. Sources said the miscreants hit Siddiqui’s head with a weapon when he was walking near the Munchur Vivekananda School, and escaped.

The reason behind the assault is not known. Bajpe police have registered a case.
