Mangaluru, March 07, 2020:    International Women’s day 2020 themed #EachForEqual was celebrated by the Women’s Forum of A. B Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences on 7th March 2020.

 

 

 

 

The programme was presided by Principal & Dean, Prof. (Dr.) U.S. Krishna Nayak. Prof. (Dr.) Rameela Shekhar, was the resource person for the programme. She delivered a keynote lecture on ’Self-care and Women’s well-being’ for creating awareness and stressing the importance of balancing mental health with professional life. She emphasized on the importance of stress management for women in all walks of life.

President of Women’s Forum, Prof. (Dr). Amitha Ramesh welcomed the gathering and Prof.(Dr). Darshana Devadiga, Secretary introduced the guest speaker. Dr. Chethana, Joint Secretary delivered the vote of thanks.
