Union minister alleged that the Congress led state government failed to utilize drought relief funds released by the union government even if centre tried its best to protect interest of the farmers in Karnataka.

BJP led government in Karnataka had waived the farmers’ loan twice during its tenure. However, at present, congress led state government hasn’t yet taken any step to waive off the farmers’ loan even if there is severe drought condition in the state.
