Udupi : Over 10 injured as two buses collide at Moodabettu

Udupi, Aug 05, 2015: A collision between two buses on the National Highway 66 at Moodabettu here on August 5, Wednesday has left over ten persons injured.
The mishap occurred when a private express bus named AKMS heading towards Udupi from Mangaluru collided against a local bus from behind. The local bus had stopped at Moodabettu for the passengers to alight when it was hit by the express bus.
The mishap disrupted traffic on the NH for over one hour. Reckless driving on the part of the express bus driver is blamed for the accident.
