Udupi  June 27,2016:  The presence of mind of the school bus driver that averts the tragedy by  saving  lives of the children present in the bus . The incident took place on June 27, Monday in the morning near Sharadha Mantap at Beedinagudde in Udupi District.

It is learnt that the school belonging to Trinity school was retuning back after dropping the children to school. Another school bus on its to school  coming from opposite direction  was about to collide with it . The driver of Trinity school steered the bus to the extreme left and the bus was struck at the roadside as the mud was soft due to the rains . Luckily the other bus passed safetly.

The mishap occurred just after the Trinity school bus passed throug a small bridge ad  thus narrow escape for chilren.
