Udupi: II PUC student ends life at Kunjibettu

Udupi, Mar 8, 2017: A 17 year old boy, a second PUC student of MGM College here has ended his life by hanging himself at his house at Kunjibettu on March 8, Wednesday.


Harish


The deceased is Harish, son of Hanumanthappa.  Harish was a commerce student and was aspiring to be the topper in the ensuing second PUC exams and was also saying so with his parents and teachers.

 

It is suspected that he chose to end his life unable to bear the study pressure. If his parents were away, his sister was at home when he  hanged himself  using a saree.

The  suicide of their dear son has left his parents completely shattered.

Local police have registered a case.
