Udupi, July 7, 2020: A 63-year-old COVID-19 suspect reportedly committed suicide by hanging himself in Ajjarkad government district hospital in Udupi on Monday, July 6.
According to sources, the deceased has been identified as Prabhaker Putran. He was admitted in the isolation ward for suspected COVID-19 patients on July 5.
A case has been registered in this regard at the Udupi City police station.
